C919 Aircraft EPS Project is located in Xi’an Hi-Tech Development Zone, Shaanxi Province. The area of the whole site is about 30,000 square meters (about 45.0 mu).The land, is assumed to fit up 3 buildings for factory with facility support buildings as Xi’an AVIC Hamilton Sundstrand Aviation Electric Co., Ltd. requirement. One of the buildings will belong to JV of Xi’an AVIC Hamilton Sundstrand Aviation Electric Co., Ltd., the others two buildings will belong to SAEC.

China Resources (CR) Land Tower Building is located in the east of Nanshan Science and Technology Park in Shenzhen, covering an area of 940,00m2 and a gross area of 660,000 m2. There are T1, T2, T4, T5, T6, totally five towers, all of which are aimed for LEED CS 2009 Gold certification and are committed to “creating the largest LEED complex in Shenzhen”.

Wangjing SOHO is a complex of three curvilinear asymmetric skyscrapers in Wangjing, a suburb of Beijing, China between central Beijing and Beijing Capital International Airport, it is a "welcome and farewell to Beijing". The complex officially opened on 20 September 2014.

Shanghai Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engine Center is located in the Qingpu district,it is the first LEED Platinum facility in China. The facility incorporates high-performance building solutions from other UTC businesses such as Carrier and EMSI.

MOMA is located in North Yinbin Road, Dongzhimen, with advantages of landmark in Beijing, the capital city. This project covers a land area of 220,000 square meters, including 135,000 square meters' residential area and 85,000 square meters' supporting commercial area, including the cultural exhibition facilities such as art cineplex, gallery and library, as well as living facilities, sports and leisure facilities such as boutique hotel, international kindergarten, top restaurant, club and gym, swimming pool and tennis court, etc.

Shanghai Hongqiao Vantone Center is Vantone's first project in Shanghai and also one of the most important works representing Vantone Real Estate's strategy transition to the commercial real estate. EMSI provided LEED consulting service for this project.
