Location: Beijing

Basic Responsibilities
 1. Lead and complete EMSI's current service lines such as LEED, GBL, WELL, sustainable design, etc. in the region, which include internal project team management, schedule development, project coordination and budget control, etc. ;
 2. Serve as primary contact (internal and external) during all phases of project work;
 3. Collect requirements from the client and provide proper services as stated in the contract;
 4. Prepare presentation documentation;
 5. Check deliverables prepared by project engineer;
 6. Update project schedule;
 7. Lead project submittal;
 8. Contact relevant authority for project submittal;
 9. Control budget and complete financial target;
 10. Keep smooth communication channel with the client;
 11. Share knowledge with colleague;
 12. Work closely with other functions and business partners to maximize the value to the clients and the company;
 13. Support BD works;
 14. Be able to short term business trip

Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, major in building services engineering or environmental sciences, such as HVAC engineering, architecture, etc.
• Familiar with green building and health building related technologies, LEED rating systems, Green Building Label rating system, WELL rating systems, etc.;
• Above 5 years working experience in related industry with solid project management record;
• Excellent in English (reading, writing and speaking);
• Maturity and personality to lead team, strength in decision making and initiative
• Able to work under pressure
